There seems to be a lot of Orange-tip butterflies around this year, but they are not the easiest species to photograph.
The females are difficult to find but once found they do seem to stay still for a while, whereas the males seem to be easy to locate but rarely stop and land and when they do they don’t stay for long.
Anyway, Orange-tip whinge over, I’m posting three images, one male and two females.
