Photo taken at 11.20am on New Year’s Day 2013. It’s not often the area around the town hall is so free of cars and people. The sculpture (The Good Samaritan) seems appropriate for the new year.
When the sculpture was originally positioned there were a number of people who re-named it The Lager Lout.
